LOAN APPLICATION
Accept the letter of offer and complete the loan process.
MOVE TO RESIDENCE
Move to the new residence when the development process is completed.

- Over 18 years of age
- A citizen of Malaysia
- A resident of Selangor
- Must NOT own a property in Selangor offered by LPHS before this (First-time home buyers are prioritized)
- Household income (husband & wife) NOT exceeding RM14,500
- Each household should only have 1 application
- Single applicants with dependents can apply
